Needs testing: Without testing there is not really a way to determine the cause and treatment. Bacterial vaginosis tends to cause malodorous discharge. Trichomoniasis can do. See and Obgyn for vaginal and urine testing

Your BP increase or decrease when you pee? Coz my right testis veins dilated and pains when I pee and urine has fishy smell. Tested, No STDs or UTIs??
