I wouldn't: This is a temporizing measure that reduces swelling inside the nose by constricting capillaries. Prolonged use causes it to lose its effect because the chronic stimulation of the area will produce rebound swelling within the nose. I have never used such a product for nasal congestion in kids this age. Making sure the kid takes fluids well & has access to good nutrition is their best Rx.
