can i give otrivin pediatric drops for my 3 months old baby with congestion? what is the dose?

Do not use: Do not use Otrivin pediatric nasal drops in children under 6 yr of age. Instead use normal saline drops 1-2 drops to each nostril every 3-4 hours to loosen secretions. You can remove excess secretions using a soft nasal bulb syringe.
