No: you will need stronger, broader spectrum antibiotics in addition to other medications under doctor's supervision, this is not a simple diagnosis to be entertained and cannot be self managed, see your doctor / ENT specialist for. proper management

Otolaryngologist : This is a serious condition. Sometimes antibiotics may have to be given through an IV to treat the infection. Surgery may also be necessary to drain the fluid from the middle ear, called a myringotomy, or to remove the infected mastoid bone. Please go to a medical clinic & ask for a referral to an otolaryngologist, a doctor who specializes in ear, nose, and throat disorders.
