Had bv & got antibiotics for it which caused a yeast infection. took flucinozale for that but still have minor itching. normal or should i be worried?

Get re-examined: Go back to the MD and get re-examined to be certain that the yeast infection is completely gone. That is the only way to determine if the remaining "itching" is pathologic or not.
