How would i know if i have poisoned myself taking tylenol and ibuprofen every day for chronic pain? i only have nausea and vomiting, general malaise

See details: You do not mention how much of each you take a day so an answer is impossible. It does appear that the ibuprofen is causing GI irritation. Stop both meds and speak with year doctor.
