Nausea, vomiting: The combination of Tylenol and ibuprofen can be harmful if you don't take them according to instructions or if you drink alcohol while taking Tylenol regularly as liver injury is possible if you do so. Ibuprofen, especially on an empty stomach, can cause stomach inflammation and possible nausea and vomiting as well as stomach bleeding or kidney problems with steady use. Your MD can order lab work

See your Dr: See your Dr as soon as possible, or if you can’t get in right away, go to an urgent care facility. The only way to know if you have done harm to your body by taking too many Tylenol or ibuprofen, is to have a more thorough history, physical and lab work. Ibuprofen is more Likely to cause stomach upset, however large doses of Tylenol can also cause nausea due to liver damage. Hope you’re ok!
