I get a lot of headaches from chronic sinusitis. can't take ibuprofen so take tylenol 1000-2000mg per day everyday. will this harm my liver over time?

Varies: It is now generally recommended that 2000 mg per day is maximal dose to try to decrease likelihood of liver toxicity. Many people do fine with dosage you are taking. You just would want your liver functions tested by a simple blood test regularly.
