Vaginal dryness: Often these complaints are solved simply by adding a vaginal lubricant during intercourse. Astroglide or KY are two popular brands. Dryness is a very common cause of postcoital irritation. Certain skin conditions such as lichen sclerosis and lichen simplex chronicus can also flare up with sex. Your obgyn can evaluate you for that.
