NO: Use lube with sex. Neosporin is greasy, which might feel good. For a greasy product, use vaseline or Aquaphor. Neosporin, bacitracin, and triple antibiotic do not relieve or prevent any infections. These aminoglycosides are common sensitizers, causing allergic reactions which can be serious. They do not aid healing, they interfere with it.
