Usual lymphoid tissue back of throat, but one lump is yellow and pus filled as opposed to flesh coloured .. what is this ? no pain.

Pus in lymph node: Would follow up with ENT doc , may be post nasal drip, a tonsillar stone or may be an abscess that needs drainage. I have seen abscess that caused change in voice without pain. but it needs drainage.
