Hi, i have a geographic tongue and it has been swollen, sore, and has had noticeable white patches on it for a couple of days. it hurts and also feels tingly. could this be an allergic reaction?

Could be : For how long you have the symptoms, what makes it better,what makes it worse, any changes in bowel movements, is brushing the tongue, clears it? Any other disease? Any other symptoms, weight changes?
