Yes: Benadryl or diphenhydramine is a shorter acting antihistamine and Unisom or doxylamine is a longer acting antihistamine. It is not necessary to take both for allergies or sleep. In combo with Zoloft, they should be safe at low doses; however, you may experience some dry mouth, dizziness, fatigue or drowsiness. Tell all your doctos which OTC meds you take along with prescribed meds.
