A member asked:

Hi there, i currently have 2 puffy nipples and very tender assume it's gyno, are there any medication i can take ro remove it or surgery ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Surgery: Gynecomastia is a surgically treated condition, there are no medications to make them go away, off label use not included. However, there are medicaitons which increase the risks of developing gynecomastia. [Alcohol, Marijuana, anti-ulcer and CNS-acting drugs]. Gynecomastia pertains to the breasts not just the nipples. Ibuprofen is helpful in reducing their puffiness.
