Easy: 1. Amoxil (amoxicillin) 500 mg 4 times a day for 10 days. 2 sinus rinse 2 times a day for 2 weeks and then every night. Sinus rinse is available in pharmacy. When finished, fill it up with boiled cool water, add half teaspoonful of salt and 1/4 teaspoonful of baking soda and keep on using.
