Different issues: Acne rosacea, and acne vulgaris are usually caused by propionic bacteria. However there may be folliculitis resulting from inspection of the hair follicles by normal flora/bacteria on the skin, which can be secondary infection resulting from staphylococcus species. On the other hand, throat infection is usually cause by streptococcus or Staphylococcus species, which are different mechanisms.
