No: Taking wellbutrin does not increase your risk of miscarriage. You and your OB should discuss the pros and cons of being on an antidepressant during pregnancy. The risks of using an antidepressant are minimal, and for many women the benefits drastically outweigh any theoretical risk. It is an individual decision. However, we can definitely say that it does not cause miscarriage.
