Depends: Some women with have slight cramping and spotting and have a completely normal pregnancy. In others these symptoms may indicate that one is threatening to miscarry. Contact your md with your concerns if far enough along an ultrasound would be helpful. There are reasons for some to have recurrent pregnancy loss. Your doctor will be able to discuss them with you.
