Current feeling is that there are a number of cheaper alternatives (eg duloxitene, venlaxfaxine ) According to "American Family Physician"s NEW DRUG REVIEWS March 2015 "Current evidence does not support the routine use of Vortioxetine (Brintellix) for the treatment of depression" Just quoting referenced studies Hope this is helpful Dr Z
