Just eat wisely: You are wise to eat a sensible diet and get your vitamins and minerals in this way; if you wish, some people (especially vegetarians) probably benefit from an inexpensive vitamin-and-mineral supplement. It is extremely difficult to do studies of real people and the impact of diet as there are so many variables; sometimes high intake of some "good things" seems to increase some cancer risks.
