Confusing post: The EF is usually a term used to represent ejection fraction or proportion of blood pushed out that stays out. It is a snapshot in time for the evaluation of a heart valve. Whether or not it changes over time depends on the type of process leading to the poor function. Is it in active disease phase or recovery ? We can be more specific if we know.
