A stress test: Your probably fine. Your only 30 and female. But if you are having significant pain get to a doctor and get a stress test. Feel better.

Chest pain: Worth going to see your doctor and get worked up. The appropriate tests will be decided by your doctor who knows what's available and skilled in the area.
