I have bipolar ii. i took prednisone 50mgs per day for 5 days.finished a week ago. can it make my moods unstable again? what to do?

Steroids and mood.: Emotionality may increase while you’re taking the steroid, but this should dissipate once you’re off them for a few days. If you notice that you’re having increased emotionality or mood swings several days after stopping the steroids then you would want to contact your prescribing provider.
