Confusing post: You mention "studying standard 2 level" which means nothing to us in the US. If kids are infected later in pregnancy they may or may not have obvious brain damage or the damage may be limited to a hearing defect. Those with damage will often not develop speech & language skills. A kid preforming well in school with no other defects may have few if any problems.
