Gastrointestinal: If you took antibiotics this could be antibiotic gastroenteritis. Irritable bowel syndrome is more likely. Follow a bland low fat diet, avoid harsh roughage in your diet and take kaopectate or peptobismol to improve bowel function. Be aware that your stools may develop a blackish color from these medications.
