Swimmers ear: Possibly but may also be ear infection or derangement of the hair cells / ototliths of the inner ear or vertigo. if you do not have a perforated ear drum can try 1-2 drops of vinegar followed by 1 drop alcohol to see if helps or may need topical antibiotics like cortisporin in which the steroid decreases swelling which may help the dizziness. Meclizine can also help f/u doc
