at the side of my tonsils at the bottom i have a group of 3 small ‘lumps”. it’s the same on both sides. is it normal tonsils tissue? had it for years

Tonsil/tongue base: Sounds like the junction where the tonsils end and the base of tongue begins. Particularly that they are identical on both side and they have stayed the same for years. If you are at all concerned, you can ask your medical provider at your next physical to be sure.

Lumps: May be normal tonsil tissue or veins below the tonsils. see an ent to check it out.
