New pbm/new visit: Kids are exposed to and develop frequent illnesses. You handle them one at a time. The relative close nature of the 2 illnesses does not mean much over the long term.

Kissing tonsils: isn't a disease, it is a description of size, which doesn't mean much. The new symptoms may be a recurrence, or not fully treated, chronic upper respiratory tract infection as sinusitis, and that's common. Kindly see the pediatrician again for re-evaluation, wish you both wellness
