County Hospitals can: Patients without Medical insurance can obtain medical care including medicines at a City/County hospital most of which are funded by the local county or City. Each major city has such a hospital . These hospitals are affiliated with medical schools, so you should go to anyone of the medical college/University hospital for free medical care.
