A member asked:

I'm trying to cook for myself regularly.i cook vegan food (rice, corn, eggplant, tempeh, etc).however i found myself hungry faster.am i doing it right?

Vegan Diets: when appropriately planned are nutritious and satisfying. In order to avoid being hungry, try to include a protein and fat source with meals. Beans, avocados, and coconut oil if readily available are rich sources of protein and fat which will keep you fuller longer and help avoid early hunger. Hope this helps!
