Is it possible for a healthy 19 year old to develop heart block? no symptoms but heart rate as low as 43 at night

I have seen it in an 8 year old with sleeping rates as low is the high 30's. Seek out care if you haven't. This can be life threatening. A cardiologist should be involved & you may need a pacemaker.
