Allergic Rhinitis: is a common cause of these symptoms. You may want to consider an antihistamine like loratadine and a nasal steroid like fluticasone. Hope this helps!

Umcka, Neti pot and:: This is likely a sinus infection though allergies may also be a factor. Most sinus infections are viral and self-limited.
