Have lupus. recovering from flare after sun exposure which included vomiting/diarrhea. most symptoms resolving but my gi tract feels inflamed and get waves of intense abd pain. taking prilosec and pepcid ac don't help. what else can i do to calm gut?

You need to be seen: as you may need Rx medications, just OTC antacids won't help, steroids may be needed, good luck
