I have been experiencing major gluten attacks. extreme pain, major bloating, severe constipation, rash on whole belly area. what do i do?

Gluten tests: If you have a known gluten sensitivity or allergy then try OTC gas relief or antidiarrheal medication if necessary. If you assume it is a gluten issue but have not been evaluated for this you should see your doctor to discuss further evaluation and testing. Oftentimes gluten gets blamed for GI symptoms but true gluten allergies are relatively infrequent. Family history increases risk. God bless
