IBS?: Your symptoms are common and unfortunately not specific for any one problem. Statistically the most common diagnosis would be irritable bowel syndrome (ibs) - constipation predominant. Try a low-fodmap diet and/or probiotics for relief. More info about diet at ibsfree.Net. Good luck!
