See your doctor: Things that come to mind are inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, bacterial enteritis, colitis, diverticulitis, clostridium difficile. A thorough history and physical followed by appropriate testing should get to the bottom of it within about 1 week. If severe, go to the ER.
