No: If she is detoxing responsibly, it should be under the direction of a qualified professional. There should be no withdrawal symptoms. A stimulant medicine doesn't typically counteract the symptoms of withdrawal. And it would be unlikely that a potentially addictive medicine like Adderall would be prescribed to someone fighting addiction.
