Pelvic u/s report: 4.1cm myoma vs 2 adjacent myomas measuring 2.9cm & 3.2cm 13 months ago. is this smaller overall than the 2 right next to each other?

Unclear: It is not clear from this report exactly what is going on. Your doctor can obtain the images from the current sonogram and the previous one and look at the images. Then he or she can evaluate whether there is one fibroid or two close together. Treatment options would be the same regardless.
