Seek evaluation: This is an unusual eruption pattern. When lateral incisors erupt before central incisors, either there is something interfering with dental incisor eruption or the tweet are congenitally missing. Sometimes centrals erupt into lateral incisor position. The into-facial developmental experts for infants and toddlers are Pedodontists, Pediatric Dental Specialists. Would strongly recommend examination.
