Not an STD: No STD is a likely cause. This sounds like a sebaceous cyst? or perhaps a minor congenital anomaly, such as a urethral diverticulum, maybe now infected. See a doctor; get seen immediately if it becomes red and sore or rapidly enlarges. In the meantime, hands off: squeezing, manipulating it, etc will just make it more inflamed and harder to diagnose. But still get STD tested if at risk.
