With an Examination: Your profile says you are a female. A female with a penis? Are you transgendered? Are you on hormones? smoking? A 'blackhead' is not indicative of any STD.

Well: the best way to know if you have an STD is to go to the doctor have an appropriate history, physical exam, and lab work done.
