Right knee swollen, hard lump inside the side of knee -size of coin, locks up, difficulty sitting and walking. mri & xray showed clear. help?

Inflammation: It's possible that you have a chronic tendonitis that doesn't show up on the imaging you had. The MRI would show an abnormal mass. Did you try heat or cold applications, liniment, and nsaids like ibuprofen? Has an orthopedic surgeon been consulted or steroid injection been considered?
