Yes: If you feel up to exercising, taking antibiotics is not a contraindication to exercise. Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Take it easy: Yes, exercise does not interfere with antibiotics. However, strenuous exercise can prevent or delay the healing process and thus you may not recover. With either condition need to drink lots of fluids (water and electrolytes) and get lots of rest.

Certainly: Exercise may actually increase their effectiveness by increasing your circulation. Your blood carries the meds to the site of action & the more that passes by the quicker they kill off germs. You may need to pace yourself if the illness has sapped your strength, but keep on schedule if you can.
