Cipro (ciprofloxacin)?: Ciprofloxacillin is a common antiobiotic used for utis. It is in a class of antibiotics called fluoroquinolones. For hard to explain reasons, these antibiotics put you at risk for tendonitis ; even tendon rupture if you exercise strenuously while taking them. So, if this is what you're on, you need to at least slow down the exercise while taking them ; stop at the first sign of pain.
