See below: See your dentist to address the actual infection. The question is unclear, were the antibiotics prescribed after treatment or instead of treatment? After treatment if not swollen, you should be fine.

With antibiotics: There is no general contraindication to exercise when prescribed an antibiotic for a dental infection. Having said that, one should always direct these types of questions to the dentist actually treating the patient, as he/she knows the medical and dental history of the patient as well as the specifics of the problem.
