A member asked:

Can becoming vegan change your period flow?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Vegan diet: A strict "vegan diet" is usually low on some proteins and occasionally vitamins. More likely to affect your menstrual flow is pre-menopause, as periods are usually irregular, and sometimes light flow occurs without ovulation. See your gyn provider for possible testing ( ultrasound of the uterus, and FSH level).
