Short course: Prednisone for a 3 day course should not present any difficulties. It depends on whether the prednisone helped your symptoms vs the discomfort of the side effects. Stopping after only two days may bring back the symptoms the prednisone was prescribed for.

Finish meds: Please finish the medication...it prescribed for a reason and has its value. In the interim, do some meditation several times a day - close your eyes. deep slow breatssnd think of anything that pleases you. Background music of your favorite genres is also very helpful ....
