Unlikely: Middle ear infections produce issues which are contained to the middle ear space. The Pinna, or external ear is a separate structure & not involved in the disease or treatment other than being a neighbor. There is a remote possibility it would be related to the antibiotic as a fixed reaction. You might call the kids doc & discuss the issue.
