What does it mean by this findings: apicolordotic view shows focal right suprahilar haziness probably due to pneumonitis, follow up study is suggested?

Pneumonia: The radiologist describes lung findings which could be inflammation and,therefore,pneumonia. If your physician agrees, a course of antibiotics will be prescribed and after treatment a follow-up chest xray will be obtained to see whether the lung abnormality has cleared. If not, further studies will be suggested to determine the nature of the xray findings. A pulmonologist may be then consulted.
