Not good: Butalbital has a sedative, a barbiturate, in it. It is not recommended that you combine valium,a tranquilizer, with it. For pain relief it's safer to take Tylenol or an anti-inflammatory like Advil or Aleve ,with food,instead.

Just came off my Valium prescription. having some issues. migraines, foggy headed, grouchy, mean to my husband, not nice.
I am taking Inderal 40m/ morning and Valium 5mg at night for neck spams and migraines treatment. Nonetheless since the above is for prevention . Is it okay to take sumatriptan or Paracetamol with Codeine once i get an headache attack?
