I have a migrain thats lasted two days now. acentomeophen pills 500mgs at 11am this morning and its 2:23 pm now would it be okay to take butalbital?

Yes: When the symptoms of migraine you have a short period of one hour to break migraine. If migraine have lasts for 2 days you may need to take medication more often because the migraine have reached the brain stem hence it is not going away that easy.
